Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kintamani Coffee Export — operated by Juara Holding Group on behalf of Juara Holding Group — collects, uses, and protects the enquiry data (your name, email, and message) you submit through kintamanicoffeeexport.com. We handle personal data under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022) and respect GDPR principles for international visitors. This policy is current as of 2026 and may change.

This page covers only the information you choose to share with us — mainly through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, or email. It contains no pricing and makes no commercial promises. For questions about a specific green coffee lot, grade, or shipment, use the contact routes at the end of this page.

Who is responsible for your data?

Kintamani Coffee Export is a trade-facilitation and green-coffee sourcing desk operated by Juara Holding Group on behalf of Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. For the purposes of Indonesia’s UU PDP (Law 27 of 2022) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is Juara Holding Group, and Juara Holding Group processes enquiry data as the operator handling day-to-day communication.

We are a green-coffee sourcing and export concierge, not a bank, a licensed customs broker, or a legal or tax adviser. Shipping, phytosanitary documentation, and customs clearance are arranged through vetted licensed partners. That distinction matters for how we handle your data: we collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and connect you with the right partner, and nothing more.

What information do we collect?

We collect the details you type into our enquiry form or send us directly. The form fields map to the following data:

Form field Data collected Required?
Name (csh_name) Your name or company contact name Yes
Email (csh_email) Your email address for our reply Yes
Destination (csh_dest) Destination port or country Optional
Cargo / product (csh_cargo) Coffee type, grade, or volume of interest Optional
Message (csh_msg) Your enquiry, questions, or specifications Optional
Quote flag (csh_qf) Internal marker that routes your enquiry Automatic

When you contact us on WhatsApp at 6281139414563 or by email at bd@juaraholding.com, we also receive whatever information that message contains — for example your phone number, business name, or attachments such as a sample request or roaster spec sheet.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, sensitive personal data, payment card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, or government ID numbers through the website form or WhatsApp. Commercial and payment details, when a transaction proceeds, are handled separately through our licensed partners under their own terms.

Why do we collect it, and on what lawful basis?

We use your data only for clear, limited purposes:

  • To reply to your enquiry — sending you information about green coffee sourcing, grades, sampling, and logistics, usually within a 24 working-hour service target.
  • To prepare an indicative quotation — where you ask us to, using the grade, cupping score, lot, and MOQ you confirm.
  • To connect you with vetted licensed partners — for shipping, phytosanitary, or export documentation, only where relevant to your request.
  • To keep records — of our correspondence for legitimate business, accounting, and compliance reasons.

Under UU PDP and GDPR, our lawful bases are your consent (given when you submit the form or message us), the performance of steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to trade enquiries and keeping proper business records. We do not use your enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

Do we share your data?

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We share it only where it is necessary to act on your request, and only with:

Recipient Reason for sharing
Juara Holding Group team To handle and reply to your enquiry
Juara Holding Group As data controller, for records and oversight
Vetted licensed logistics/export partners Only when arranging shipping or documentation you asked about
Email and hosting service providers To operate the website and deliver our replies
Government authorities Only where required by valid law or lawful request

Any partner who processes data on our behalf is expected to protect it and use it only for the agreed purpose.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. As a general guide, active enquiry correspondence is retained while we are in contact and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward; records tied to a completed transaction are kept for the retention period required by Indonesian tax and commercial law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

What are your rights?

Whether you are in Indonesia, the EU, the US, or elsewhere, we aim to honour the same core rights over your personal data. Under UU PDP (Law 27/2022) and GDPR these include the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your data, where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a copy of the data you gave us in a portable form.
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, normally aligned with our 24 working-hour service target for the first acknowledgement, and may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.

How do we protect your data?

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls limiting enquiry data to staff who need it, secure transmission for the website, and the use of reputable service providers. No website or internet transmission is ever completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take practical steps to reduce risk and to respond promptly if an issue arises.

What about cookies, analytics, and international transfers?

Our website may use essential cookies to function and basic analytics to understand aggregate, non-identifying traffic patterns. We choose privacy-preserving settings where we can and do not use your enquiry data for advertising.

Because we operate from Bali, Indonesia, and many of our visitors are roasters and buyers in the EU and US, replying to you may involve transferring your data internationally — for example between our team in Indonesia and email systems, or to a logistics partner in your destination country. Where GDPR applies, such transfers are made only with appropriate safeguards and limited to what your enquiry requires.

Liability and enquiry terms

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or exchanging messages with us does not create a binding contract, a confirmed order, or any guarantee of supply, price, grade, cupping score, or delivery. Any figures we share are indicative, dated as of 2026, and subject to change; firm terms are confirmed only in a written sale agreement after grade, score, lot, and MOQ are agreed. We do not sell certainty on customs clearance, EUDR outcomes, or any regulatory approval — those depend on the authorities and your own due diligence, supported where possible by our vetted licensed partners. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to acting in good faith on the information you provide.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the law change. The version published on this page, current as of 2026, is the one that applies. Material changes will be reflected here.
