Terms of Service | Kintamani Coffee Export

These terms of service govern your use of kintamanicoffeeexport.com and any enquiry you send us. In plain terms: browsing is free, every quotation is indicative until we confirm grade, cupping score, lot and MOQ in writing, and we handle your personal data under Indonesia’s UU PDP (Law 27/2022). By using the site, you accept what follows.

This page was last reviewed as of 2026 and may be updated. If any clause conflicts with a signed sales contract you later hold with us, that signed contract prevails over this general boilerplate.

Who operates this website, and what do these terms cover?

kintamanicoffeeexport.com is operated by Juara Holding Group, part of Juara Holding Group — an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. The site publishes reference material on Kintamani single-origin Arabica green coffee (biji hijau) export from the Kintamani Highlands of Bangli Regency, Bali, and connects specialty roasters and importers in the EU, US and elsewhere with vetted supply and logistics partners.

These terms apply to every visitor, whether you only read the guides or send an enquiry through our form, WhatsApp or email. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency or exclusive relationship until a separate written agreement is signed.

Are the prices and figures on this site binding?

No. Every price, grade, screen size and cupping figure on this site is indicative and educational, dated as of 2026, and moves with each harvest, quality and cup score. We publish a single indicative FOB band across all pages purely for orientation:

Segment Indicative FOB (2026) Confirmed against
Washed Grade 1 specialty (screen 16+, SCA ~82–84) USD 8–11/kg Cupping report / COA of the actual lot
Microlot / natural (SCA 84–87+) USD 10–15+/kg Cupping report / COA of the actual lot
Commodity grade ~USD 3.5–6/kg Sample and contract terms

A binding offer exists only once we issue a written quotation. That quotation is valid for the period stated in it and depends on confirming, at minimum:

  • Grade and screen size (for example Grade 1, screen 16+, moisture max 13%, defect value within the lot’s stated limit).
  • Cupping score, taken only from a specific lot’s cupping report or Certificate of Analysis — never attributed to a named farm, cooperative or company as a standing fact.
  • Lot volume and MOQ, and the harvest window (main Kintamani harvest runs roughly May–October, which shapes sampling and container pre-booking).
  • Process (washed, natural, honey or semi-washed) and packaging (GrainPro plus jute).

Until all of these are agreed in writing, any number you see is an estimate, not a commitment to supply at that price.

How do we handle your personal data?

When you contact us we collect only what we need to answer you: your name, email, and the enquiry details you type into the form (csh_name, csh_email, csh_dest, csh_cargo, csh_msg and related fields), or the equivalent information you send by WhatsApp or email.

We process this data under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law — Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP) — on the lawful basis of responding to your request and pursuing a possible commercial relationship. For visitors in the EU and UK, we also aim to respect the principles of the GDPR: purpose limitation, data minimisation, and your right to access, correct or delete the data you gave us.

Your data Why we hold it Your control
Name, email, WhatsApp number To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation Ask us to correct or delete it at any time
Enquiry content (destination, cargo, message) To scope grade, lot, MOQ and logistics Withdraw it before a contract is formed

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the vetted partners needed to fulfil your specific request (for example a shipping or inspection partner), and only to the extent required. We keep enquiry records no longer than needed for the commercial purpose or as Indonesian law requires. To exercise any right above, email bd@juaraholding.com and we will respond within our 24 working-hour service window.

What are the limits of our responsibility?

We work to keep the information here accurate, but green-coffee specifications, regulations and prices change. The site is provided “as is”, and we make no guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it.

  • We are a concierge and broker desk, not the asset owner. Where we do not own the coffee, warehouse or vessel, supply is arranged via vetted licensed partners, and their terms apply to the physical goods and shipment.
  • We are not a licensed financial, legal or tax adviser. Guidance on HS codes, certificates of origin, phytosanitary documents, EUDR or customs is general information, not professional advice.
  • EUDR and customs outcomes are never guaranteed. Coffee is in-scope of the EU Deforestation Regulation, which requires plot geolocation and due-diligence documentation. We help you prepare EUDR-ready traceability — bags specifying Bangli Regency, GI-protected designation, and named subak (Subak Abian) or cooperative cues — but we do not and cannot promise a specific customs or EUDR clearance result.
  • No guaranteed returns or outcomes. Cup scores, yields and market prices depend on factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent Indonesian law allows, our liability for any claim connected to your use of this site is limited to the value of the specific transaction between us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

What may you not do on this site?

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping for competing databases, no attempts to breach security, no submitting false enquiry details, and no reproducing our published text, tables or images without written permission. All content, layout and branding on kintamanicoffeeexport.com belongs to Juara Holding Group and Juara Holding Group. Geographical Indication references to Kintamani Arabica describe the origin’s protected status; we never invent GI or certificate numbers, and neither should anyone quoting this site.

How do you reach us, and how fast do we reply?

There are two direct routes, plus the on-site enquiry form:

  • WhatsApp: 6281139414563
  • Email: bd@juaraholding.com

Our service-level target is a reply within 24 working hours. Working hours follow the Indonesia (Bali, WITA) business calendar, so enquiries sent over weekends or public holidays are answered on the next working day.

Which law governs these terms, and can they change?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bali, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you hold in your own country.

We may revise this page as our operations, partners or the law evolve — for example as EUDR guidance or UU PDP implementing regulations are finalised. The version published here, with its “as of 2026” date, is the one that applies. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. If anything here is unclear, contact the desk before you send commercially sensitive details.
