Disclaimer | Kintamani Coffee Export

This disclaimer sets the limits of everything published on kintamanicoffeeexport.com. In short: every price, cupping score, grade and lead time we quote is indicative, dated as of 2026, and subject to change. We are a green-coffee sourcing and concierge desk operated by Juara Holding Group — not the owner of the coffee, and not a licensed financial, legal, tax or customs adviser.

Please read this page before you rely on any figure, specification or timeline on this site. By using kintamanicoffeeexport.com you accept the terms set out below.

Who publishes this website?

Kintamani Coffee Export is a sourcing desk for Bali/Kintamani single-origin Arabica green (unroasted) coffee, operated by Juara Holding Group and part of Juara Holding Group — an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. We connect specialty roasters and importers in the EU, US and elsewhere with washed, natural, honey and semi-washed Kintamani green coffee grown in the highlands of Bangli Regency, Bali Province.

We are the desk that arranges sampling, quotation, documentation and shipping coordination. Farms, cooperatives, mills, licensed exporters and freight forwarders remain independent parties. Where we do not own an asset — a lot, a mill, a vessel or a warehouse — the service is arranged via vetted licensed partners.

What does “indicative, as of 2026” mean for prices?

Coffee is an agricultural commodity. Its price moves with harvest, quality, cupping score, lot size, currency and freight. Any number you read here is a reference point captured as of 2026, not a live offer and not a fixed contract price.

Our published FOB reference band works like this:

Category Typical spec Indicative FOB (as of 2026)
Washed Grade 1 specialty Screen 16+, SCA ~82–84 USD 8–11 / kg
Microlot / natural SCA 84–87+ USD 10–15+ / kg
Commodity grade Below specialty threshold ~USD 3.5–6 / kg

These bands are indicative only and shift with each harvest and lot. A binding price applies solely to a written quotation that confirms the specific grade, cupping score, lot and minimum order quantity (MOQ). Any rupiah retail figures or value-added references shown elsewhere on the site are context for readers, not export asking prices.

Are the cupping scores and grades on this site guaranteed?

No. Grade, screen size, moisture, defect count and cupping score belong to a specific lot, and are valid only when they come from that lot’s cupping report or certificate of analysis (COA). We do not attribute a score or a grade to any named farm, cooperative or company as a permanent fact.

Sensory descriptions — bright citrus, clean acidity and the like — are subjective and vary between cuppers, roast profiles and crops. Always approve a physical pre-shipment sample and its accompanying documents before you commit to a contract.

Can you promise customs clearance, phytosanitary approval or EUDR compliance?

No, and we will never claim otherwise. Green coffee is in scope of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), which requires plot geolocation and due-diligence documentation. We help buyers prepare EUDR-ready traceability — bags specifying Bangli Regency, Geographical Indication cues, subak or cooperative identifiers, and plot data — but we do not sell certainty on any regulatory outcome.

Customs decisions, phytosanitary inspection, EUDR due-diligence acceptance, import duties and destination-country rules sit with the relevant authorities and with your own compliance team. Requirements change and enforcement is outside our control. Treat every compliance statement here as general information, not legal advice and not a guarantee of clearance.

What is our role — owner, broker or concierge?

We act as a concierge and sourcing broker. That distinction matters:

  • We do not own the coffee lots, the mills or the ports.
  • We do not hold title to goods in transit unless a specific written contract says so.
  • We coordinate sampling, quotation, documents and logistics through licensed exporters and forwarders.
  • Contracts of sale, Incoterms, payment terms and risk transfer are defined in the signed agreement between you and the exporting party — not by anything on this website.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty of merchantability, or a promise of a particular quality, yield, delivery date or financial return.

Are you financial, legal, tax or investment advisers?

No. Kintamani Coffee Export and Juara Holding Group are not licensed financial, legal, tax or customs advisers. Content about margins, landed cost, HS codes, GI protection or EUDR is educational background only. Before you buy, contract or budget, take advice from your own qualified professionals in your jurisdiction. We give no guaranteed returns and no guaranteed business outcomes of any kind.

How do you handle personal data under UU PDP and GDPR?

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or our enquiry form, we collect only what we need to answer you: your name, email, destination market, cargo details and message. We process it to prepare quotations and coordinate shipments, and we keep it for as long as that purpose and Indonesian record-keeping practice require.

We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022, UU PDP). If you are based in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also recognise your GDPR-style rights as a matter of good practice:

Your request What we do
Access a copy of your data Provide what we hold, on verified request
Correct or update data Amend inaccurate details
Delete your data Erase it where no legal duty requires us to keep it
Withdraw consent Stop non-essential processing going forward

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the partners needed to fulfil your enquiry — for example a licensed exporter or forwarder — and we never place personal details in insecure channels. To exercise any right, use the contact routes below.

What about third-party links and content?

This site may reference external sources, standards bodies, ports or partner services. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Mentioning an organisation, a standard or a place is not an endorsement, an affiliation claim, or proof of certification.

How do you confirm anything on this page?

Everything here is a starting point. A firm answer comes only from a written quotation tied to a real sample, lot and document set.
